Greenville MOD is a non-profit organization that hosts a modern home tour in Greenville, SC. For their inaugural tour, I created a logotype that was clean, modern, and geometric. A modified primary color palette recalls Mid Century Modern aesthetics. For the tour itself, printed guides, yard signs, and name tags reinforced the color scheme and minimal approach.
Renewed Charm is a local furniture refinishing business that wanted a brand refresh that reflected the owner’s roots. Supplied with a painting of Natalie’s family homestead, I created a custom illustration that references the handcrafted focus of Renewed Charm. The light blue, brown, and white color palette is fresh and down to earth, just like the pieces that Natalie renews.
I created Play with CMYK to be a source of beautifully designed, free printables made for children and families. Using the humble home printers as inspiration, I designed a cloud and raindrop logo to help illustrate just what CMYK stands for (the four ink colors that combine to make all of the other colors). More important than branding are the 25+ printables that populate the website. From play money to play mats, the printables cover a wide range of topics and hope to encourage pretend play and happy times.
Poe Mill Summer Art Camp is a free annual church program that seeks to serve neighborhood children by providing visual art, dance, theatre, music, and creative writing instruction. My job is to create marketing materials that welcome, engage, and reflect the art camp theme. Wonderfully Made is an abstract composition that mimics the playfulness of childhood collage. O Love That Will Not Let Me Go references key plot points of the story of Jonah.
Merry is an alphabet designed for Christmas celebrations. A non-traditional palette works with playful geometric shapes to create a whimsical and modern alphabet.
Kidding Around Greenville Passport is a collaboration with parenting and family website, kiddingaroundgreenville.com. The passport is a printable guide that helps families explore the Upstate and keep track of their adventures. Original illustrations celebrate the history, landmarks, flora, and fauna of Greenville.
